Support career development initiatives and provide guidance on training opportunities
Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations issues
ensuring a positive work environment
Conduct salary administration tasks
including market analysis and compensation recommendations
Provide advice to managers on wage structures and compensation-related queries
Advise line managers on personnel procedures
Assist with the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve HR functions and employee engagement
