Human Resources Advisor Location: Perth / Hybrid Reporting to: HR Advisory Manager About the role As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a high volume of complex employee relations cases across a diverse operational portfolio. Reporting to the HR Advisory Manager, this role suits an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high case‑load environment and is confident delivering practical, commercially sound advice on challenging workplace matters. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with leaders to navigate sensitive and high‑risk employee issues, requiring strong judgement, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and legislative compliance. The role demands a pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach, balancing employee risk, operational outcomes, and statutory obligations within a complex advisory environment. Experience * Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field with strong exposure to employee relations and case management * Demonstrated experience delivering solution‑focused HR/ER advice of varying complexity * Strong capability in guiding leaders through workplace matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, terminations, and dispute resolution * Exposure to working with a broad stakeholder group across both skilled and non‑skilled workforces, ideally within a large, multi‑site or national organisation * Able to provide practical, and easy‑to‑understand advice, even in high‑pressu
