For more information on TCP, visit[ www.tcpsoftware.com](https://www.tcpsoftware.com/) or follow us on [LinkedIn](http://www.linkedin.com/company/tcpsoftware/) or [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/TimeClockPlus/). **As a Human Resource Administrative Assistant, you will:** * Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties * Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team * Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new hire data, and update as needed * Review, revise, and update company policies * Prepare HR documents including new hire guides, employment contracts, and more * Assist other team members such as recruiters or other HR staff members with activities such as onboarding, offboarding, making employee changes, and more * Coordinate training sessions and seminars * Partner with payroll to provide up to date information on employees including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime, work schedules, and more * Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like attrition * Liaise with external partners * Liaison Insurance
