What They're Looking For.
Must Have
PhD in biomedical sciences or a related scientific field or a BSc in a biomedical or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant industry experience, Significant practical experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, Experience in complex models such as complex cell cultures, stem cells or organoids, Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute experiments independently, Experience documenting, collating, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data, Record-keeping, Experience maintaining accurate documentation, Working to defined quality and safety standards
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated or GxP-aligned environment, Experience working in milestone-driven, project-based scientific environments, Prior experience delivering scientific work against defined project plans, timelines, and technical milestones

Execute application and validation studies for human-relevant models
and deliver high-quality experimental work using organoids and advanced cell models
and characterize organoid and human-relevant model systems
and interpret experimental data
Prepare clear technical summaries
and documentation standards
and project documentation is complete
Proactively identify technical and experimental risks
Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Implement mitigation strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement of organoid and human-relevant model workflows
