What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), Proven leadership capability, with experience managing teams and delivering through others, commercial awareness, with experience supporting business development and growth activities, Experience of working in a consultancy, engineering, or advisory environment, Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at senior levels, Ability to balance strategic objectives with operational delivery requirements, Experience within the nuclear market
Nice to Have
Professional accreditation or chartership desirable, Demonstrable experience in delivering Human Factors within safety-critical or regulated environments (e. g. nuclear, defence, infrastructure, energy), Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation in Human Factors/Ergonomics (e. g. CIEHF or equivalent) or experience in working closely with Human Factors Specialists, Track record of developing people and building teams, Experience working across multiple clients or programmes, Experience in developing high performing teams, Experience in leading hybrid/remote teams working over multiple locations
