You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE: A creative, professional trainer with experience delivering training to an adult audience. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Human Dynamics Trainer (Training & Development Specialist III) complex (journey-level) training work. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: -Follow management directives meticulously, actively seeking leadership and guidance from managers in training delivery and project execution, and proactively communicate progress to ensure accountability. -Coordinate, prepare, and present classes, train-the-trainer workshops, project meetings, demonstrations, and conferences in most effective manner for employees, service providers, and board staff. -Assist in the coo
