Must Have

3-5 years of experience in stock plan administration with a global public company, BAS or equivalent work experience, Proficiency using equity administration platform, working knowledge of Excel, Experience generating analytics based on large sets of nuanced and complex data

Nice to Have

Experience with administering non-US equity compensation plans, Experience with Workday

What You'll Do.

Support day-to-day administration of the Firm’s Equity Award Program

maintaining data on the third-party administrator’s platform

valuations for new hire awards

termination processing

preparation for and reporting related to semi-annual share delivery

employee trading windows

Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades

Assist in maintaining employee equity database integrity and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all equity data

Prepare reporting and respond to requests related to quarter-end and annual reporting

Proxy Statements and Sec 16 filings

Prepare and reconcile quarterly and custom reports on equity activity

including shares outstanding and share reserves among company records

the transfer agent and broker records

Respond to requests from internal and external auditors and Finance team for quarterly reviews

Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from within the Human Capital team and across the firm

and LP due diligence data requests

Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels of the organization

Identify opportunities to improve program communications and educate participants on equity incentive programs

Assist in maintenance of policies and procedures related to stock plan administration

identifying opportunities for and implementing operational process improvements

Ongoing data audits of the firm’s HRIS and compensation systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

works closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and business stakeholders; Respond to requests from internal and external auditors and Finance team; Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from within the Human Capital team and across the firm, including Finance, Legal / Compliance, and LP due diligence data requests; Team player – willing to pitch in when needed on projects, tasks and enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment

Communication Scope

Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels of the organization; Identify opportunities to improve program communications and educate participants on equity incentive programs
