Bachelor's Degree, One (1) year experience in project management and presentation development, Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance

Nice to Have

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance, Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field, Program Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certifications (CCMP)

Developing communications and change management materials

Supporting and modifying SOPs

Conducting outreach to training participants

Supporting workforce integration activities

Applying project management and organizational skills
