What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 or more years of relevant experience, Solid HR generalist experience, Thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle, Experience operating as a stand alone HR Business Partner, Outstanding communication skills, Command of the German and English language

Nice to Have

Solid basic knowledge of German labour law, Previous experience of working with a Works Council, Workday experience, Experience in global workforce

What You'll Do.

Support management and employees with engagement programs

Support performance management

Support operational excellence

Run the local internship program

Ensure legal compliance

Act as a business Partner to the Works Council

Educate others within the business

Advise local management and employees on HR matters

Improve efficiency of HR-related services

Analyse trends and metrics

Foster engagement and well-being of employees

Support managers and employees throughout performance management cycle

Participate in conception of works agreements

Participate in negotiation of works agreements

Participate in introduction of works agreements

Participate in implementation of works agreements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaboration with the works council is essential; Work with Executive Director of Human Capital
