What You'll Do.
Act as a business partner and advisor to local management on all HR related matters from operational to more strategic matters
Manage and coordinate the local HR administration requirements with our centralized HR Operations team
Design supporting HR tools
Set up and improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies
Analyze trends and metrics
Drive and optimize the attraction
development and retention of managed services talent in partnership with local management and our centralized Talent Acquisitions and Learning & Development team
Ensure that consistent processes
on-boarding and training programs are used across the business
Be a coach for our managers and employees
Drive positive change to support the demands of our growing organization while delivering the wider HR strategy
Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Support business and managers in local market workforce relationship management
Solve employment related claims
dispute or misconducts and other problems
