Support management and employees with engagement programs

We are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to support our teams in Germany (Berlin and Cologne) as part of our Europe, Middle East and Canada business segment (EMEC). **_What You Will Do_ :** The ideal candidate will be able to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and immerse themselves in the day-to-day human capital requirement for the Berlin/Cologne office, while also being mindful of global policies and procedures applicable across Guidehouse. * You will provide support to management and employees with engagement programs, performance management, operational excellence, run the local internship program and legal compliance. * Act as a business Partner to the Works Council in Germany and educate others within the business of what is required. _Business Partnering_ * Act as a business partner and advisor to local management and employees on all HR related matters. _HR operational excellence_ * There is a big focus on automation and leveraging capabilities of Workday and other systems.
