Must Have
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and backend functionality, experience building workflows, automations, and operational systems within HubSpot, HubSpot certification (any level) required, Business analyst mindset with experience mapping and improving internal processes, understanding of sales operations, CRM lifecycle management, and pipeline structures, Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, Experience creating dashboards and reporting frameworks in HubSpot, communication and stakeholder management skills, High attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities

Experience working with CRM implementation or migration projects is highly desirable, Background in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries preferred
