What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM, experience building HubSpot reports and dashboards, Hands-on experience with data migrations, imports, and cleanup, Experience building and maintaining workflows and automation in HubSpot, understanding of CRM data structure and lifecycle management, Comfortable presenting and training non-technical end users, Ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions independently
Nice to Have
Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops preferred, HubSpot certifications, Background working at a HubSpot implementation or marketing agency, Experience supporting CRM transitions or migrations from other platforms, Familiarity with the construction, real estate, or property management industry

Full Job Description
We're looking for a **HubSpot CRM Administrator** to own, optimize, and scale the HubSpot environment for a fast-growing national renovation and restoration contractor. The company recently migrated to HubSpot and needs someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day system management, data integrity, reporting, workflow automation, and end-user training. This is a post-implementation role. The system has been built and now needs to be refined, maintained, and leveraged for insights and growth.
