If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Hub Patient Services Specialist** to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will provide **administrative and operational support** to ensure patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service. This is an **entry-level healthcare support role** where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting **enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities** , working within established procedures and guidelines. **What You’ll Do:** * Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements. * Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials. * Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams. * Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records). * Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups. * Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems. * Identify and escalate non-routine issues following established processes. * Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards. * Contribute to team service levels by completing tas
