Must Have
BAS in a related field or equivalent experience, Basic understanding of television production, Basic understanding of broadcast operations, Basic understanding of news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements, Proficient in Excel, Proficient in entire Microsoft O365 suite, Ability to troubleshoot broadcast issues, Ability to take immediate action on broadcast issues, Ability to resolve broadcast issues, Customer service attributes and skills, Organization and time management skills, Unwavering composure in high-pressure situations, Acute attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Experience working successfully as part of a team, Willing to work onsite, Willing and available to work flexible hours, Willing to work overnight shifts, Willing to work weekends, Willing to work holidays
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in a master control television environment, 2+ years of experience in a production control room television environment, Proven passion for media, Proven passion for television, Proven passion for technology
