Since then, we have become a leading global provider of business process and technology management services offering an integrated portfolio of analytics-driven back office and customer-facing solutions that support the entire customer life cycle._ Sutherland is looking proactive and commited professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role is primarily focused on front-end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket-based enhancements. Key Responsibilities: * Perform front-end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS * Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms. * Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing tools. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure. * Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements. * Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards. ## Qualifications * Advanced English level (B2 or higher) * Availability to work on-site at our Bogotá Americas facilities. * Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS. * Basic to intermediate WordPress experience. * Working knowledge of Python. * Experience with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.). * Good communication and coordination skills. Nice to Have: * Exposure to automobile or dealer websites. * Basic knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience in high-volume support or production environments. ## Addi
