In return, you’ll experience our unrivalled rewards. **Job Summary** The role sits within a team of three engineers responsible for maintaining building engineering systems and specialist decontamination equipment within the HSSU. **Main duties** * Maintain and fault‑find on washer disinfectors, sterilisers, endoscope washers, ultrasonic units and associated site building services in line with statutory requirements and organisational standards. * Carry out scheduled weekly, quarterly and annual testing, ensuring all planned maintenance tasks are completed on time and recorded appropriately. * Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader and fellow Site Engineer to keep the testing schedule on track and ensure consistent high standards. * Liaise with operational staff to keep them informed of planned works and minimise service disruption. * Participate in the 1‑in‑2 on‑call rota. On‑call is paid at 10% of hourly rate, with call‑outs paid at time and a half. * Order parts, receive deliveries and check these against purchase documentation, resolving discrepancies as they arise. * Prepare and submit maintenance and testing reports as required * Attend local Quality and Health & Safety meetings to su
