What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate or Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field (degree may be waived with 7+ years' experience or professional HSSE certification), 5+ years in HSSE field with relevant professional certifications preferred, Proven ability to successfully manage and balance activities across multiple sites simultaneously, Broad understanding of environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations and compliance requirements, Verbal and written communication abilities with proven track record of delivering effective presentations and training programs, Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and interface effectively with peers, colleagues, and clients at all levels, Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving with ability to apply intelligent flexibility to diverse situations, Background in electrical safety and LOTO is required

What You'll Do.
Develop and lead site HSSE training programs
Create and manage account training
Deliver presentations on safety topics
Build and maintain partnerships with client operations and safety teams
Complete hazard/PPE assessments
Create and maintain regulatory compliance
Ensure adherence to JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP)
Ensure adherence to Master Service Agreement requirements
Review site safety documents
Support environmental compliance efforts
Capture and report accidents
Manage OSHA 301/300 logs
Serve as Account Administrator for JLL CMO Incident Management System
Lead or support HSSE event investigations
Conduct root cause analysis
Track implementation of corrective actions
Prepare lessons-learned communications
Support HSSE Americas team in rolling out compliance
Support HSSE Americas team in rolling out best management practices
Contribute to continuous refinement of JLL's HSSE culture
Contribute to continuous refinement of JLL's training initiatives
Maintain documentation describing the HSSE program
Maintain records required by JLL

The HSSE Manager position will be key member of the Account Team and will be the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the JLL team members on account. This position will communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team, as well as take a hands-on approach in support of the operations team and execution of the HSSE program. The HSSE Manager supports data centers and a strong background in electrical safety and LOTO is required.
