What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid healthy, safety and environmental (HSE) background, at least 10 to 15 years’ experience in construction safety, safety license holder, proven track record in providing safety trainings, well versed in project safety systems, processes, tools and best practices, good at identifying, and devising measures to meet, our stakeholders’ business needs and requirements, written and spoken communication skills are vital, good at building team relationships, listening to your team and being open to suggestions and knowledge exchange, interacting effectively with business partners

What You'll Do.
build and maintain an environmentally sustainable
healthy and safe workplace
provide safety support to all projects
ensure projects meet established standards and local safety regulations
conduct safety review meetings
ensure high-risk activities have proper safety work method statement (SWMS)
promote workplace safety
perform site inspections
generate risk reports
make timely safety-related corrections
conduct weekly safety meetings
coordinate with project manager and operations manager
