Your role is to verify implementation, provide technical guidance, and report findings—not to perform project teams' HSSE responsibilities for them. **Sound like you?******** This is what we’re looking for:** **Independent Assurance:** Regular site inspections and audits covering health, safety, and environmental compliance; tracking corrective actions; feeding findings into JLL systems for reporting; participating in pre-construction risk reviews. **Project Support:** Providing technical HSSE guidance to Project Managers and site teams; supporting escalations and incident investigations; engaging subcontractors on compliance; participating in toolbox talks and mentoring junior staff. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Building collaborative relationships with project teams and clients; supporting HSSE documentation and reporting; acting as a practical partner rather than enforcement officer. **Continuous Improvement:** Identifying trend
