What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bsc in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical, Specific H&S qualification in accordance to Spanish Law, Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), Good knowledge of Spanish HSS legislation and regulatory requirements, Experience in HSS management within O&M activities, Fluent in Spanish and English, At least 5 years of professional experience working in large scale energy O&M sites (wind and solar), Previous experience in HV projects (i. e. substations and/or transmission lines), Excellent written and oral communication, Excellent word processing and IT Skills, Excellent organisational and time management, Ability to work on your own

What You'll Do.
Lead and manage HSS activities
Ensure full compliance with regulations
Ensure ongoing compliance with standards
Take direct responsibility for HSS compliance
Represent the Company before bodies
plan and follow up on HSS objectives
Ensure implementation and alignment
Prepare O&M HSS reports
Organise and carry out site visits
Perform HSS inspections
align and monitor contractors
Lead incident investigation
Drive continuous improvement
Promote a HSS culture
