Must Have
Minimum 15+ years of HSE experience, at least 5+ years in a leadership/director role, Mandatory experience in high-end luxury hospitality and residential projects in KSA, background in construction, infrastructure, or mega-project environments, preferably in remote locations, In-depth knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, international standards (ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001), and best practices, Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate HSEW strategies and programs, Expertise in managing contractor safety performance and stakeholder coordination, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Ability to present and report to senior leadership and client stakeholders, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Safety Management Systems, Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

### **Job Description** ## Overview ## AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSEW Director to lead and oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing (HSEW) functions for remote projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
