Eligibility Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day., Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area., Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required., Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location., Safety sensitive position, drug test and background check will apply., Potentially lift up to 50 pounds, Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing, Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of three years of construction HSE experience preferred or a degree in OHS related field is acceptable in lieu of field experience., Thorough understanding of construction work practices., Ability to foster compromise that meets the needs of operations while maintaining compliance with policy., Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day., Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area., Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required., Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location., NFPA 70E trained., Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and any other applicable regulations, OSHA 500, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, Potentially lift up to 50 pounds, Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing, Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.

Nice to Have

at least one year in a supervisory role (can be non-HSE related), experience with the craft and work activities to be performed on the project (i. e.: electrical, welding, crane, and equipment operation, rigging, etc. ), on path to obtain nationally recognized certification (BCSP, NASP, or other Nox-recognized certification provider) OR in an accredited degree program for occupational safety and health.

What You'll Do.

Support the implementation of HSE management systems that support the project needs.

Provide technical guidance to the assigned project.

and employees in the planning

and mediation of risk.

Facilitate and/or conduct HSE training for the project as needed

and assure training is tracked internally as required.

Lead or participate in investigation of incidents

including causal analyses

and prepare incident report(s).

Regularly communicate the status of the project’s HSE culture and performance with project and Nox Management.

Provide injury management from a site level and support workers’ comp case management.

Provide timely and accurate reporting with internal and external support including

light duty assignment

and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Provide direction and guidance for any employees under your supervision.

Process & Methodology

Capable of providing HSE management for small to midsize projects (≤250 employees)., Ability to manage HSE teams of three or less.
