Min 3 years of experience in managing health and safety/ Process Safety, Bachelor's degree or higher, PG Diploma/diploma in Industrial Safety

Preference toward Science, Engineering or Safety for degree, Certified NEBOSH, Lead Auditor certification - ISO 9001/14001/45001, Google suite preferred

Ensure proper implementation of Annual HSE Plan
Lead incident investigations
Facilitate incident investigations
Lead root cause analysis
Facilitate root cause analysis
Participate in site inspections
Participate in site audits
Monitor waste sampling
Monitor wastewater sampling
Provide professional support on Occupational Safety
Provide professional support on Health
Provide professional support on Environment matters
Advise facility manager on HSE matters
Advise Staff on HSE matters
Drive safety ownership culture
Engage employees in managing HSE matters
Ensure compliance with local legislation
Ensure compliance with Air Liquide standards
Ensure compliance with client standards
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Promote best practices
Promote HSE leadership
Monitor closure of action items
Participate in job safety analysis
Participate in process hazard analysis
Participate in management of change
Participate in pre-startup safety reviews
Participate on site safety committee
Ensure Contractors HSE comply with Company policies
Ensure Contractors HSE comply with Company procedures
Ensure Contractors HSE conform to Contract terms
