Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field, 2–5 years manufacturing or industrial experience, Experience with LOTO, Experience with MHE / Forklift compliance, Experience with HAZCOM, Experience with Contractor safety, Experience with Permit-to-work systems, Experience with Root cause analysis training
Nice to Have
OSHA 29 CFR 1910 familiarity, Hazard identification and risk assessment, Incident investigation fundamentals, OSHA recordkeeping (300 log), Basic environmental compliance awareness, Report writing, Data tracking / KPI management, Microsoft Excel / reporting tools, Ability to interpret regulations
What You'll Do.
Oversee building functions
Guarantee safety and functionality of facilities
Run routine safety inspections
Correspond with contractors
Plan maintenance work
Supervise facilities staff
Lead incident reporting
Support incident investigation
Support incident prevention
Respond to near misses
Conduct root cause analysis
Track corrective actions
Share lessons learned
Support employee awareness
