High school diploma or equivalent required, One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in HSE, facilities, operations, or related environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail, Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
Associate degree in business administration or related field, Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations, Experience with database management and document control systems, Knowledge of HSE-specific software and management systems, problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks, Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Coordinate meeting schedules
Process and track HSE-related correspondence
Prepare and format HSE reports
Support scheduling and logistics of safety training
Enter and maintain data in HSE management systems
Generate routine reports on safety metrics
Conduct inspections and audits of site

Coordinate meeting schedules for HSE team meetings; Prepare agendas and distribute minutes for safety committees; Process and track HSE-related correspondence across departments; Participate in site safety network
