Role Overview Nscale is seeking a HSE Site Director (KU) to lead all health, safety, and environmental strategy and execution across the Stargate Norway project. This is a statutory leadership role under Norwegian regulations, with full responsibility for coordinating HSE during the execution phase across all contractors and stakeholders on site. You will provide top-level HSE leadership, governance, and assurance, setting the standard for safety performance on a complex, high-risk, multi-contractor hyperscale construction project. Leading a team of HSE Managers and advisors, you will ensure consistent application of best-in-class safety practices, regulatory compliance, and a proactive, prevention-led culture across the entire site.
