Must Have
Min 7-8 year job experience, Work experience in Electrical/mechanical Engineering industries, Diploma /BE in electrical /mechanical engineering, ADIS /PDIS Advance/post graduate diploma Industrial safety
Nice to Have
Electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, Certified Internal auditor for ISO 45K and 14K
What You'll Do.
Manager legal requirements of HSE
Comply on regular basis
Support businesses in meeting HSE KPIs
Prepare business in line with Hitachi Energy Management
Lead mandatory training program
Review ABRA and LSR Compliance
Take actions and follow-up with team
Change behavioral aspects at workplace
Prepare Fire risk assessment
Prepare operational plan
Perform safety observation tours
Perform safety audits
Identify and correct potential hazards
Ensure safety regulation compliance
Manage all required documentation
Manage operational checks and reports
Prepare corrective action
Follow up for closure of NCRs
Prepare and submit all MIS & reports
Share best practices across all units
Lead BU Carbon neutrality program
Lead and support factories on Machinery Safety Requirements
Implement Machinery Safety standards
Prepare Manifest for all hazardous materials disposal
Develop and implement policies and practices
Mitigate hazardous conditions
Investigate accidents and environmental incidents
Liaise with engineers
Identify causes of accidents
Prevent recurrence of accidents
Review and analyze past incidents
Make action to learn from incidents
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines
Provide advice on safety protocols
Provide training on safety protocols
Conduct audits to ensure compliance
