Implement Parsons HSE Policy
Monitor HSE performance
Suggest measures for improvement
Liaise with Safety Manager and Contractors
Improve and implement Corporate HSE Management ethics
Monitor contractors for safety measures
Review Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessment Plan
Monitor hazard control effectiveness
Report to Resident Engineer
Review Contractors' monthly HSE inspections/reports
Conduct monthly Safety meetings
Set targets for outstanding issues
Prepare/submit minutes for follow-up
Review Emergency Preparedness and response
Review Permit to work system
Review HSE statistics & records
Review Incident/Accident investigation reports
Report learning points
Communicate learning points
Monitor immediate action
Monitor follow-up actions
Perform other responsibilities
