What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent, ADIS / PDIS certification, 5-7 years HSE experience post certification, 5 years in factories or industrial establishments, Proficiency in English and local languages, Experience in chemical manufacturing, pilot plant, or R&D facility, Hands-on experience with regulatory authorities, Managing statutory inspections

Exposure to global / UK HSE standards

Manage statutory legal register
Evaluate applicability of regulations
Update legal register
Track compliance closure
Manage environmental compliance
Manage hazardous waste
Ensure Fire & Emergency Systems working
Manage Contractor Compliance
Manage Contractor Safety
Manage Contractor OHC
Manage Incident Management
Manage Incident Investigations
Implement National Safety Council Programs
