What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience with HSE projects., Experience and knowledge of all of the main HSE project management concepts, tools and techniques., Ability to coordinate with the concurrent base building works., Conversant to a competent level with Microsoft Office (incl. MS-Project Management), Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team, Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in project management and keep current with developments and trends., Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs., Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
Nice to Have
Having experience in the real estate or hotel construction is a plus.

Deliver health and safety management report
Provide project management support
Ensure project is effectively managed
Report HSE deviations
Conduct safety and quality control audits
Raise daily safety observations
Prepare a monthly safety assessment report
Manage construction incidents
Ensure all project personnel complete induction
Perform weekly and monthly safety walks

Please visit our website: [www.turnerandtownsend.com](https://www.turnerandtownsend.com/) * Deliver health and safety management report to the client and relevant stakeholders. * Provide project management support across multiple sites as needed. * Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of health and safety, with a strong focus on achieving zero incidents. * Report HSE deviations, accidents, near misses, and other related incidents in regular project updates. * Conduct safety and quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Raise daily safety observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Prepare a monthly safety assessment report for the client, based on daily site visits and audit findings. * Manage construction incidents in accordance with the client’s Incident Escalation Protocol, ensuring the contractor investigates and takes appropriate corrective actions. * Ensure all project personnel complete the contractor’s health and safety
