What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field., Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in mission-critical facilities (data centers, utilities, or similar)., knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)., Proven experience managing HSE programs in construction and/or operational environments., Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and risk management., Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills., Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment with strict safety requirements
Nice to Have
Experience working in Tier III/IV data centers or hyperscale environments., Familiarity with electrical safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and critical infrastructure risk controls., Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting practices., Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001., analytical and reporting skills using HSE management systems and dashboards., Experience working with multinational teams and high-profile clients such as Equinix., Ability to influence safety culture and drive behavioral-based safety programs.
