Must Have

Proven experience as an HSE Manager in a production environment, In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, Risk management, Emergency response, Safety management systems, Focus on influencing people, Experience with ISO 45001/14001, A degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering, Effective and impactful leadership style, Excellent team management abilities, Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, Hands-on approach, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent command of the German and English languages, both oral and written, Analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience within complex manufacturing industries, Experience with ISO 9001 and 500001, Internal Auditor certification, Experience in conducting integrated audit programs
