Must Have
Proven experience as an HSE Manager in a production environment, In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, Risk management, Emergency response, Safety management systems, Focus on influencing people, Experience with ISO 45001/14001, A degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering, Effective and impactful leadership style, Excellent team management abilities, Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, Hands-on approach, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent command of the German and English languages, both oral and written, Analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience within complex manufacturing industries, Experience with ISO 9001 and 500001, Internal Auditor certification, Experience in conducting integrated audit programs
What You'll Do.
Ensure implementation and compliance with requirements
Establish and implement actions for safety culture
Communicate with management
Enable communication at site level
Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment
Promote safe work procedures
Lead near miss and incident investigations
Ensure effective management of outcomes
Conduct occupational health and safety audits
Identify areas for improvement
Develop and conduct safety training programs
