What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five years’ full-time experience as a safety professional in road maintenance and/or construction safety, Minimum Cert IV in OHS Management
Nice to Have
tertiary qualification in OHS Management
What You'll Do.
Provide specialist HSE advice
Lead and develop a high-performing safety team
Conduct site visits and field leadership activities
Oversee risk management processes
Manage incident investigations
Drive continuous improvement
Coaching of Operational Staff
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboratively work with the Business Leaders, the Victorian Department of Transport and project key stakeholders

High level of interpersonal and communication skills
