As a member of the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts (**VRMC**) team, the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager oversees and implements and manages all safety aspects of the HSEQ Management System Framework fostering a strong safety culture aligned with company values. Key duties include overseeing HSE policies, managing critical risk programs, ensuring compliance with safety plans, and delivering safety inductions and training.
