What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing ISO environment that involved Health and Safety, and Environmental management in a leadership capacity., In-depth knowledge of Canadian Health & Safety legislation as well as current Canadian employment demonstrated experience in and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of safety including operational risk assessments, regulatory compliance and reporting, Extensive experience developing and maintaining corporate policies & procedures, Thorough understanding of statistical and continuous improvement methods., Expertise in developing and initiating continuous improvement., Effective safety leadership skills, with a focus on HSE and business processes., Able to identify key creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles., Excellent planning and organizational skills with effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy., Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills., A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Nice to Have

CSP or CRSP designation, Experience in the rubber and/or thermoplastics manufacturing environment

Develop and maintain Health and Safety

Our salary range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting.
