This posting is intended to collect expressions of interest for potential future opportunities As the HSE Lead at FLINT, you will leverage your deep understanding of OHS regulations to promote a safety-focused culture among employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and providing technical expertise in environment, health, and safety. What would you be doing? * Promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices among employees and subcontractors. * Provide technical expertise and support for HSE training and development. * Manage WCB in partnership with Human Resources. * Assist management with incident investigations and reporting. Ensure cause and corrective actions are implemented. * Advise on compliance related to OHS and company standards. Perks of the job * Competitive pay. * Benefits are available after 300 hours. * Supportive work environment focused on safety and professional development. ## Qualifications * Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and/or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (OHS) preferred. * Knowledge and experience with HSE Management Systems and audit tools, including Alberta Partnerships Certificate of Recognition (COR). * Relevant safety tickets: WHMIS, CSTS-09, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). * Ability to lead a team of HSE Advisors effectively. * Proficient in English
