This role focuses on day-to-day HSE operations, ensuring compliance with JLL and client standards, conducting inspections and audits, and promoting safe working practices among employees and contractors. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational HSE Management** * Support implementation of JLL and client HSE management systems and standards at site level * Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and workplace assessments * Assist in developing and updating site-specific risk assessments and method statements * Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements * Maintain HSE documentation, records, and registers in accordance with legal and client requirements * Support incident and accident investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions **Training & Communication** * Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors * Support development and delivery of HSE training programs * Implement site-level HSE communication plans and aware
