The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across the organization. This role involves conducting inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting safety culture, and supporting risk management initiatives to protect employees, contractors, and the environment. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Safety Management and Compliance** Implement and monitor adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all operations. Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and non-compliance issues. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations including OSHA requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and industry best practices. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required by authorities. **Risk Assessment and Hazard Control** Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses for various work activities. Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate control measures. Monitor implementation of risk mitigation strategies and verify their effectiveness. Review and update risk registers and hazard identification documentation.
