What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 1–2 years in an industrial, facilities, or manufacturing setting
Nice to Have
Safety Officer 2 level preferred (at least 40-hr BOSH/COSH training), from accredited DOLE STO
What You'll Do.
Serve as the onsite HSE focal point
hazard identification
Act as the HSE point of contact
Lead emergency responses
Support incident implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Support closure of HSE compliance-related action items
and report HSE performance metrics
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies
and sign off on PTC permits to work
Maintain accurate HSE prepare and file documents
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HSE performance
Participate in internal and external audits
