We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor. We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with KNPC approval to join our team in Kuwait Project Team. The HSE Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with KNPC regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business. 2. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc. 3. Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements. 4. Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes. 5. Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.) 6. Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans. 7. Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques. 8. Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures. 9. Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills. 10. Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills ## Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue) 2.
