Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture. About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor who is passionate about building a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement. As HSE Advisor, you will partner closely with site leadership to provide specialist advice, practical tools, training and governance oversight to support the effective implementation of health, safety and environmental systems. You will play a key role in promoting wellbeing and resilience, ensuring our people return home safe every day and that the site meets its legal and ethical obligations. You will also champion the implementation and embedding of Group HSE standards, systems, inspections and audits. This role has a strong hands-on component, leading incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions, while supporting leaders to lift capability and accountability across the site. Key Responsibilities * Implement, maintain and continuously improve site HSE management systems, ensuring alignment with group standards and regulatory requirements. * Partner with the HSE Lead and site leadership team to embed a strong, proactive safety culture focused on engagement, wellbeing and resilience. * Act as a visible safety leader on site, promoting best-practice HSE behaviours and outcomes at all levels of the operation. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, standards and company requirements. * Lead and support incident, injury and near-miss management, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and follow-up. * Support environmental management activities, including audits, monitoring, reporting and continuous improv
