What They're Looking For.
Must Have
NEBOSH Certificate, Minimum 3 years HSE experience, 1 year construction/fabrication/installation/commissioning experience in oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, Incident reporting and Investigation experience, HSE Leadership experience, Experience in similar role with international organizations, Awareness of practical H2S control measures, Knowledgeable on ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, Familiar with HSE Legislation within UAE, Excellent English communication (Written and Verbal), Coaching and interpersonal skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Ability to work independently, Proficient in MS Office, Proficient in HSE reporting tools
Nice to Have
Recognized Degree or Diploma in Health, Safety & Environmental, ISO Auditor certification, Offshore certifications, Prior Offshore experience, Prior ADNOC experience
