What You'll Do.
Act as main point of contact for HSE
Manage project level billing for HSE training
Process HSE training requests
Oversee training data collection and maintenance
Monitor compliance-based training reports
Prepare training status updates
Assist in development of internal training materials
Prepare attendance sheets and certificates
Maintain and organize project-specific HSE documentation
Support maintenance of online HSE management system
Engage in research and delivery of customized training
Assist in management of injury claims records
Coordinate booking appointments at medical facilities
Track injury data and generate statistics
Assist with execution of modified work programs
Maintain modified work-related records
Assist with administration of drug screening program
Administer and record worker orientation participation
Gather Pre-Task Plans and Job Hazard Analyses
Maintain safety records
Record and issue safety meeting minutes
Support HSE Systems Lead with administrative duties

Learn more about our Purpose and what drives us by visiting our Who We Are page. **Position Description:** The HSE Administrator (Project Safety Assistant) provides administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective implementation and documentation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs on construction projects. This role supports field and leadership teams by maintaining records, coordinating safety processes, and enabling compliance with regulatory and company requirements. _The position will initially be based out of our main office in Edmonton, Alberta, with the role later shifting to a project site located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta._ **Reports to:** Project HSE Systems Lead **Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:** * Act as the main point of contact on all HSE training related inquiries * Manage project level billing for all HSE training * Receive, process, and provide ongoing support for HSE training requests delivered on-line, in-house and through third party vendors * Oversee training data collection and maintenance for both new and existing employees to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely entry of training documents into tracking systems * Monitor compliance-based training reports as required by key stakeholders within the business * Prepare and present training status updates as required * Assist in the development, maintenance, and facilitation of internal training course materials * Prepare attendance sheets, program cer
