What You'll Do.
support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives
assist with onboarding new hires
impact the employee experience
promote the Sagility culture
gauge issues leading to attrition
serve as a point of contact to the employee
maintain up to date class lists and data trackers
inspect employee photo ID validation
coordinate with the appropriate department to alert them if there are at-risk classes
coordinate engagement of functional teams during training
model Rewards and Recognition
coordinate and ensure personal contact for any no call no show employees
conduct and update the welcoming and new hire orientation program
manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and presentation materials
educate all new hire on the VoE program and communications

Team & Collaboration
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort; Help train and give guidance to other Sagility employees; Coordinate engagement of functional teams during training
