Dispatched management -Strategic Vendor management -Dispatched operation in volume -Dispatch management process review, update and enhancement Dispatch HR Metrics management -Build and drive dispatch data analytic to support decision making process Dispatch employee lifecycle management -Employee data collection and verification -Assist in resolving employee issues and provide necessary support. -Work with business and vendors to oversee Dispatch employee performance and take necessary actions. Support in operational HRBP objectives. Other Administrative Tasks: -Handle and oversee other HR-related administrative tasks. Basic Qualifications 3-5 years HR working experiences Preferred Qualifications.
