Administer HRIS and ATS
Manage software updates
Perform regression testing
Troubleshoot system issues
Perform data corrections
Manage performance management
Manage leave administration
Manage PTO administration
Manage employee self-service
Manage manager self-service
Ensure data integrity
Identify process improvement opportunities
Provide technical support
Train HR system users
Analyze system issues
Resolve system issues
Manage system integrations
Manage system workflows
Manage system notifications
Maintain system functionality
Ensure data integrity
Ensure operational efficiency
Review user security roles
Review permissions assignments
Comply with data privacy regulations
Generate Power BI data
Maintain HRIS report requests
Generate custom reports
Analyze workforce trends
Provide departmental metrics
Support HRIS platform evaluation
Support HRIS platform selection
Support HRIS platform decision-making
Provide data-driven recommendations
Contribute to improvement initiatives
Serve as backup to HR Coordinators
Assist with new hire orientation
Provide regional onboarding support
Provide regional offboarding support
