Must Have

Minimum +2 years experience maintaining Personnel Management HRIS System, Skill in performing quality data entry, Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (SAP Preferable), Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts, attention to detail, commitment to delivery of quality/accurate work

What You'll Do.

Compile data and administer new hire information into SAP

Upload employee contract and permanency letter into SAP

Input and update employee termination details in SAP

Compile and collect termination information from various sources

Ensure completeness of employee offboarding administration

Processing of monthly PMND based on data provided by the Compensation and Benefits team

Provide monthly ad-hoc reports as requested by users

Update approval workflow based on ticket and ensure data has been verified and confirmed by the HRBP
