What You'll Do.
Lead administration and optimization of ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now
Develop and execute HRIS roadmap
Partner with HR leadership on systems
Collaborate with Payroll leadership on alignment
Evaluate system functionality and recommend enhancements
Oversee daily HRIS operations
Ensure system performance and reliability
Maintain system configurations and workflows
Ensure systems support key processes
Improve employee and manager self-service
Support organizational changes within HR systems
Develop and deliver HR
Provide insights on workforce data
Lead data audits and support regulatory reporting
Act as partner to Payroll
Troubleshoot system issues
Support benefits administration
Ensure accurate data flow between systems
Ensure compliance with regulations
Support internal and external audits
Lead HRIS-related projects
Provide guidance and training
Develop training materials
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, and IT; Partner with HR leadership; Collaborate with Payroll leadership; Coordinate with ADP, IT and third-party vendors; Partner with Talent Acquisition; Partner with HR and executive leadership; Act as a key partner to Payroll; Partner with HR leaders
