What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years HRIS or systems integrations experience, Understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting data flows, Experience with integrations (SFTP, flat files, APIs), Experience supporting testing cycles and system releases, Advanced Excel skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Process orientation, Automation first mindset
Nice to Have
Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, health and welfare vendors and/or Greenhouse experience, Exposure to middleware tools (e.g., Boomi), AI tools experience
What You'll Do.
Support and monitor integrations
Troubleshoot integration failures
Perform root cause analysis
Maintain and validate data mappings
Support API/middleware integrations
Assist with integration builds
Assist with enhancements
Assist with implementations
Support testing (UAT/regression)
Monitor scheduled jobs
Perform reconciliations
Document integration processes
Support end-to-end integration needs
Support system upgrades
Support system releases
Validate integration impacts
